Beverage Service

We allow you to provide your function with alcoholic beverages of your choice and we will provide a bartender for $120.00 per bartender.

Decorations

Occasions maintains a décor that provides a blank canvass for your event theme. You are responsible for any additional decorating.

All decorations are subject to the owners approval, and you will want to view our "Additional Services" list to see what is available for your in-house decorations.

Deposits /Cancellation/
Clean-up

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the billing (not to exceed $500.00) will be required to reserve a definite date for your event. The balance will be due 45 days prior to the event and will not be refunded if event is cancelled.

A clean-up deposit of $200.00 cash is required on the day of event, and will be refunded immediately after satisfactory inspection of facility.

Property Liability

Occasions reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged to the representative making arrangements, at actual repair or replacement costs.

Please note the following:

  1. No signs, banners, posters, or any other decorations are to be added to the property without prior consent and/or coordination of the owners.
  2. 2. Additional labor charges will apply to the function if more than standard cleanup is required at the close of the event. This includes excess trash, confetti, decorations, etc.

    3. Easels are available to display signage for a $5.00 rental fee.

    Security

    Occasions reserves the right to require security at the guest’s expense based on the nature of the function. We will assist in making arrangements for this service. Occasions assumes no responsibility for items left in any area of the property, locked or otherwise.
